Platform for Growth is Balfour Beatty’s corporate change programme that will see the introduction of a number of major new systems and processes designed to connect the business and enable greater co-operation and knowledge sharing across its operating companies.
We were briefed to find a way of positioning the programme to employees, communicating key benefits and setting the scene for changes ahead. Our response was a microsite, accessible from each operating company’s website that delivered the key messages in a way that was both simple and efficient.
